Welcome to Teach Kids Well (teachkidswell.com). Our online store offers educational printables, teaching cards, and other digital resources. Teach Kids Well is operated by J.W. Thornton LLC (referred to below as “Teach Kids Well,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Products and educational use
Our product listings describe the included materials, recommended grade levels, learning objectives, and available formats. Educational resources supplement, but do not replace, appropriate instruction or professional educational assessment. Results vary by learner.
2. Digital delivery
Unless a product listing clearly states otherwise, items sold through the Teach Kids Well shop are digital downloads, not physical products. After successful checkout, download access is provided through the order confirmation, your account when applicable, or the order email. Free downloads may also require checkout. You are responsible for having a device and software capable of opening the stated file format, typically PDF. SmartBoard or interactive-whiteboard compatibility means the file can be displayed on a compatible device; it does not necessarily include interactive software features.
3. Prices, checkout, and payment
Prices appear in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorized before paid digital downloads are delivered. We may correct obvious listing errors, contact you about an affected order, or cancel an order and refund any payment collected when required. Payment processing is handled through the payment providers shown at checkout; their terms may also apply.
4. Limited license for digital materials
When you obtain a free or paid resource, Teach Kids Well grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license for your personal educational use or use with learners you directly teach or tutor. You may download the file, display it in lessons, and print reasonable copies for your own household, classroom, or direct tutoring students.
You may not resell, redistribute, upload the files to a public site or shared resource library, claim the artwork or content as your own, or share the original downloadable files with other teachers or organizations for separate use without written permission. If multiple educators need independent access, each should obtain their own copy or contact us to discuss licensing. All copyrights and other intellectual-property rights remain with the respective owners.
5. Refunds and problems with downloads
Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing. If a file is missing, damaged, not accessible, or materially different from its description, contact us so we can help. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Website and acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its security, payment processing, downloads, or other customers’ access. We may restrict abusive use or respond to suspected fraud in accordance with applicable law.
7. Customer information and communication
