Overview
We want you to feel confident ordering educational resources from Teach Kids Well. Because our shop primarily offers instant-access digital downloads rather than shipped products, refunds work differently from returns of physical goods. This policy covers both paid digital products and free resources.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Digital downloads and change-of-mind requests
After a purchased file has been delivered or made available to download, we generally do not offer refunds solely because you changed your mind, no longer need the resource, or purchased the wrong item. We encourage you to read the product description, grade-level guidance, and file-format details before checkout.
When we can help with a refund or replacement
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if any of the following occurs:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase or placed an accidental duplicate order.
- The file is missing, damaged, inaccessible, or cannot be opened using software appropriate for its advertised format.
- You received the wrong product or the downloaded resource is materially different from its published description.
- A technical checkout or delivery error prevented you from receiving what you paid for.
We’ll first try to resolve the issue quickly by providing a working file, corrected download link, or replacement resource. If we cannot reasonably correct an eligible problem, we will offer an appropriate refund. We may also approve other refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
How to request help
Use our Contact page and include your order number, the resource name, a brief description of the problem, and any helpful screenshot (without payment-card details). We aim to respond as promptly as practical.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider and your financial institution. Refunding a purchase may end access to the refunded digital download.
Free products
There is no charge to refund for our free digital downloads. If a free resource does not download or open correctly, please contact us so we can repair the problem.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy restricts any legal right to a refund, cancellation, or remedy that applies to you under relevant consumer-protection laws. Any applicable statutory rights take precedence over the guidelines above.
